コーヒーの豆は、通常一つの果実の中に二つの豆(種)が平らな面を向かい合わせにして入っているが、まれに1粒だけのものがあり、ピーベリーと呼ばれます。後味がスッキリとした味わいです。

惜しい！

梨や林檎のような果物感とカカオのような香りがする良質な豆、、、なんですが惜しい！
焙煎から時間が経っているのか（焙煎日の記載は無し）焙煎後の保存状態が良くなかったのか、油が酸化した匂いがします。
実際に淹れるとイガっとした味がします。
あと欠点豆も少し含まれていました。
